All SilentSignal subscription purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original order. After the 30-day window, subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time from the in-app "Manage subscription" link — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
